Do you have any questions?
By active files we mean those that are created and managed simultaneously. This means that you can delete and restart a file as many times as you like. You can therefore create an unlimited number of files.
Example: A user who takes HannaH75 can create as many files as he wants. However, he can only keep 75 files on his account at the same time.
The Comfort Pack offers a multitude of functions:
- Archive your HannaH files. Once archived, they will no longer be counted in your active folders.
- Insert your logo and default colour to make printing your report easier.
- Define your default overhead lists and print templates to save time and increase efficiency.

No, you do not need to provide your bank details to test HannaH.
Yes, you can test everything.
You have 7 days of free and non-binding trial. After the 8th day or as soon as you are convinced by HannaH, you can send us an email to activate your account. This will be done within a few minutes after receipt of payment.
Your subscription is automatically renewed until a cancellation request is sent by e-mail or by post. The request must be made 60 days before the expiry date of the subscription. This date can be found on your invoice.
We do not issue any refunds, but your subscription will of course remain active until its expiry date.
It is not possible to pause a subscription. If you stop and resume later, you will be charged for the period you stopped.
Invoices and other documents are sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible by our accounting department.
Unfortunately it is not possible to archive a file.
Yes, it is always possible to have individual training by video conference or classroom. In addition, we also organise group training courses for our clients by videoconference (free of charge) or classroom (for a fee).
Your subscription is renewed tacitly.
